Project Description –
Upgrade of an existing standalone controls system to a fully automated building management control system with a graphical interface.
Alto Toyota Pennant Hills consists of a new and used car show rooms, administration office, service and training facility. These areas are serviced by 14 package air conditioning units
Commerce Building
Project Description –
Refurbished building includes five stories with restaurants on ground and, mezzanine floors and office type tenancies through levels one to five.
Project consists of a standalone control system with a touch pad interface operating the tenant condenser water system, including cooling tower and pumps and miscellaneous ventilation systems.
Target
Carlingford
Project Description –
Target Carlingford HVAC consists of chilled and hot water built-up air handling units. Cooling and heating calls are sent to the centre's chiller and hot water plant with chilled and hot water then supplied to the store. The existing HVAC controls system was upgraded to an Open General OPENXpress BACnet system with a graphical interface.
Port Macquarie
Project Description –
Target Port Macquarie has undergone a major controls upgrade since the establishment of the store in 1995. The existing DX Chiller PLC controls and the existing lighting control and HVAC controls were upgraded to an Open General OPENXpress BACnet system with a graphical interface.
TAFE NSW Illawarra Institute – Wollongong Campus Metal Fabrication Upgrade
Project Description –
Optimax Building Solutions has provided a native BACnet Direct Digital Control (DDC) Building Automation System (BAS) for the TAFE NSW Illawarra Institute – The existing Wollongong campus metal fabrication building has been upgrade to a state of the art metal fabrication learning facility including all new welding equipment and machinery.
Blue Scope Steel
Project Description –
Upgrade of the existing computer room to provide Blue Scope Steel site with a second tier-3 data centre.
The new computer room will contain state-of-the-art structured cabling systems, air-conditioning and, intelligent power and environmental monitoring. New uninterruptible power supplies, 575Kva diesel generator and automatic transfer switches will provide seamless backup power for the upgraded computer room.
Project consists of a BACnet building management control system with a graphical interface.
JMC Academy
Project Description –
State of the art educational establishment specialising in performance and recording of music, television production, digital media, teaching facilities, lecture halls, performance spaces, common areas, offices, conference rooms and an auditorium; installation of an additional lift core, covered roof top plant room, electricity substation and rooftop deck for use as open space.
